At Stitch Hill,  it is our mission to improve your ability to be successful in supporting your young child’s social and emotional well-being by building your capacity and confidence.

Our unique skill set has led us to develop sensory supports that meet individual needs as well coaching for parents and consulting for professionals and businesses.

In 2016, her efforts resulted in being named the Kansas City Kansas Elementary Teacher of the Year and a 2017 Regional Semi-Finalist for the Kansas Teacher of the Year. Julie McEathron has 12 years of experience as an early childhood professional and holds a master’s degree in Special Education/Early Childhood Unified Education from the University of Kansas.

I am committed to increasing adult capacity and confidence to support all young children reach their potential regardless of the challenges within tiered intervention models such as Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). To further this mission I serve as an Instructional Consultant with Emotional Milestones, LLC.
